About Us
The first ONE Conference was held in 2017 and since then more than 1,000 neonatal nurses and professionals have attended our in-person events in California and Florida. The mission of the ONE Conference was created to empower and educate NICU nurses as they provide neuro-nurturing care at the bedside every day. We want to stay connected online between our annual conferences, especially now that we aren't sure when we will be able to join together in-person next.
